RAM 222 Eximer Laser is a highly effective deep ultraviolet laser source designed for laboratory and industrial applications. It features high specific pump power providing efficient operation on ArF and KrCl mixtures.
The laser has a selection of wavelengths including 157 nm, 193 nm, 222 nm, 248 nm, and 308 nm, with high pulse energy up to 1 J, and a repetition rate of 10 Hz (of higher upon request).
